To request a return, refund, or cancellation, email ionutbuium2@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Please do not send an item back before receiving written instructions and the correct return address.
Eligibility and return instructions
Return eligibility, any applicable return window, condition requirements, and return-shipping arrangements will be assessed in accordance with the product listing, the fulfillment partner’s applicable process, and mandatory consumer-protection laws. We will confirm the available options and instructions in writing before you send an item back. Do not assume return shipping is free unless we confirm this in writing or applicable law requires it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at ionutbuium2@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and explain the next steps.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
